Principle of line group matching

Main line > sub-line: Ensure that only sub-lines are broken when hanging at the bottom to protect the main line and the float (e.g., main line 2.0, sub-line 1.2).

Select the line based on the fish condition:

Light-mouthed/slip-mouthed fish → thin line small hook (such as 0.8+0.4 line set).

Obstacle zone/Big fish → Carbon fluorine wire leading (wear-resistant and anti-bite).

Hook type matching: sleeve hook (for crucian carp), Iseni (for large fish), senyou (for sea fishing), crank hook (for soft bait to prevent hanging).

The essence of float fishing:

Adjusting the mesh: Use an empty hook with half water to adjust the float (for example, adjusting to 5 mesh).

Fishing mesh: After casting the bait, adjust it to the target mesh size (for example, 3 mesh).

Diao Ling: Fishing eye < adjusted eye (e.g. Adjusted 5 for Diao 2) → Suitable for light bites and winter.

Fishing dullness: Fishing eyes > adjusted eyes (such as adjusted 5 and fishing 6) → Suitable for swimming and small miscellaneous fish in the den.

Bait preparation and usage:

Status adjustment

Little Fish Disturbance → Add sticky powder/apply hard bait to reduce fogging.

Fish mouth Light → Add light bran/snowflake powder to enhance palatability.

Flavor selection

Low temperature/clear water → fishy smell (red worm powder, shrimp powder).

High temperature/fertilizer water → grain aroma/fruit aroma (wheat bran, sweet potato flavor).
